Question 1

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Orders inside Bosnia and Herzegovina and orders to the EU travel differently, so the times differ. The exact estimate for your address is shown at checkout, before you confirm the order.

Question 2

How much does shipping cost?

Accepted Answer

Shipping is priced by destination and by the delivery method you choose, so it is calculated once you enter your address. The final amount appears at checkout in the order summary, before you pay.

Question 3

Do you ship to the EU?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we deliver within Bosnia and Herzegovina and to countries in the European Union. Choose your country at checkout: if we can ship there, the method and the estimate appear right away, and if it is not on the list, write to us through the contact form.

Question 4

How can I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Once the parcel is on its way, we send you an email with the tracking details. If you ordered with an account, the status is also in your order overview, and if anything is unclear, write to us through the contact form.

Question 5

Can I pick up my order in person?

Accepted Answer

Yes, pickup is possible in Visoko and in Sarajevo. Choose pickup as the delivery method at checkout, and we will tell you when the parcel is ready and where to collect it.

Question 6

What payment methods can I use?

Accepted Answer

Which payment methods are available depends on the market and on the delivery method you choose. Everything available for your order is shown at checkout, in the payment step, where you pick what suits you.

Question 7

Is there a minimum order?

Accepted Answer

You can order a single piece, as much or as little as you need. If a special condition applies to a market or a delivery method, it is shown in the cart and at checkout before you confirm.

Question 8

Can I return what I ordered?

Accepted Answer

Food that has left our care cannot be taken back, for safety reasons. If a parcel arrives damaged, incomplete or wrong, write to us through the contact form and attach photos, and we will put it right.

Question 9

Can I add a gift message?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you write the message at checkout and we tuck it into the parcel. The shop has ready gift packages, and with the gift builder you can compose your own.

Question 10

How do I keep a piece once it is opened?

Accepted Answer

Dried meat likes to breathe: cover the cut face with paper or a clean cloth and keep the piece in the fridge, not in a sealed plastic bag. The storage note and the date are printed on the label, and the details for each piece are on its product page.

Question 11

Are your products halal?

Accepted Answer

Our dried meat is made from beef, salt, and beechwood smoke. We do not use pork. We source our meat exclusively from Halal-certified slaughterhouses. If you have any questions regarding formal certification, please contact us via the contact form, and we will be happy to assist you.

Question 12

How can I get in touch with you?

Accepted Answer

The simplest way is the contact form on our Contact page: write your question and your order number if you have one. We answer everyone, and our direct contact details are in the footer of every page.
