Yes, we deliver within Bosnia and Herzegovina and to countries in the European Union. Choose your country at checkout: if we can ship there, the method and the estimate appear right away, and if it is not on the list, write to us through the contact form.

Yes, pickup is possible in Visoko and in Sarajevo. Choose pickup as the delivery method at checkout, and we will tell you when the parcel is ready and where to collect it.

Food that has left our care cannot be taken back, for safety reasons. If a parcel arrives damaged, incomplete or wrong, write to us through the contact form and attach photos, and we will put it right.

Yes, you write the message at checkout and we tuck it into the parcel. The shop has ready gift packages, and with the gift builder you can compose your own.

How do I keep a piece once it is opened?

Dried meat likes to breathe: cover the cut face with paper or a clean cloth and keep the piece in the fridge, not in a sealed plastic bag. The storage note and the date are printed on the label, and the details for each piece are on its product page.

Are your products halal?

Our dried meat is made from beef, salt, and beechwood smoke. We do not use pork. We source our meat exclusively from Halal-certified slaughterhouses. If you have any questions regarding formal certification, please contact us via the contact form, and we will be happy to assist you.
